The Orwell Prize for Political Fiction

A completed submission to the Orwell Prize for Political Writing 2024 consists of this entry form, plus one physical copy of the book sent to the Orwell Foundation. A further six copies may be requested at the Foundation's discretion. The deadline for entry forms is 24th January 2024. Please send finished books as soon as possible, but no later than the 28th of February 2024 (if finished copies are not available by this time, advance review copies or printed PDFs will be accepted). Please enter the primary publisher contact for your entry. Each publisher or imprint may submit a maximum of five books to the Orwell Prize for Political Fiction. Further titles may be called in, at the discretion of the Orwell Foundation.

This is the image we will use in our promotion if your entry is shortlisted for the Prize. We don't need extremely high resolution artwork. If possible please resize the image to 1000 pixels across at screen resolution. The maximum file size the form will take is 4MB.

We require one hard copy of each entry to be sent to the Orwell Foundation, as well as a PDF or e-book uploaded here.
